Discover the Building a Culture of Distinction Program
Dr. Sheila Margolis has created the Building a Culture of Distinction program. Certainly, use this program to define organizational culture and manage change.
Use these workbooks to conduct an organizational culture assessment and manage cultural change
To clarify, the program consists of two workbooks: one for the facilitator(s) of the program and HR. And, one is for each program participant.
- Use these workbooks to conduct an organizational culture assessment. That is to say, use them to define your organization’s Core Culture. To clarify, use them to define the Purpose, Philosophy and Priorities of your organization.
- Then, conduct an Alignment Audit to evaluate changes needed throughout the organization. In other words, uncover practices and projections to live the core principles and values that will generate success.
- Finally, you will create an Alignment Plan. To sum up, the plan will guide you in implementing the changes needed for alignment of the Five Ps.
These two books–the Facilitator Guide and Participant Workbook–will take you, step-by-step, through the process.
“I had everyone on the Executive Committee read your book, “There Is No Place Like Work.” I purchased the “Building a Culture of Distinction” workbooks for everyone and we met over the last 2 days and went through the workbook covering just Phase 1 of the program. It was a wonderful experience for the group and very eye opening. We were able to define our Core Culture and are going to use that as framework for goal setting. Your program has been wonderful.”
Thanks again,
